Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services or booking a tour with OFFMAP Travel.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the OFFMAP Travel website (offmap.in) and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by OFFMAP Travel.
2.2. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date.
2.3. For bookings made within 60 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.4. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified during the booking process.
2.5. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation by You:
- More than 60 days before tour start date: Loss of deposit
- 30-60 days before tour start date: 50% of total tour cost
- Less than 30 days before tour start date: 100% of total tour cost
3.2. Cancellation by OFFMAP Travel:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participants, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.
3.3. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
4. Tour Modifications
4.1. OFFMAP Travel reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, or activities if necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. We will make reasonable efforts to provide services as advertised, but circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes.
4.3. No refunds will be provided for reasonable modifications to the itinerary or for services not utilized by the traveler.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
5.1. Travelers are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents
- Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
- Disclosing any medical conditions or dietary requirements
- Following the guidance and instructions of tour leaders
- Respecting local customs, traditions, and environments
5.2. OFFMAP Travel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may endanger the safety or comfort of other travelers or staff.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. OFFMAP Travel acts as an agent for transportation companies, accommodations, and other service providers and cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur.
6.2. By participating in our tours, travelers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with adventure travel and accept these risks.
6.3. Comprehensive travel insurance including emergency evacuation, medical treatment, and trip cancellation is mandatory for all travelers.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. OFFMAP Travel collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on the OFFMAP Travel website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OFFMAP Travel and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. OFFMAP Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
10.2. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
